Certain features of the Services may require payment or subscription. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. EZ Pilot reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice and to suspend services for non-payment. Annual plans are 12-month commitments and may not be cancelled mid-term; monthly plans may be cancelled at any time.
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Services. By using EZ Pilot, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and use your data solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Services. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying such outputs before relying on them.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZ Pilot disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ Pilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data. In no event shall EZ Pilot's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZ Pilot, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
EZ Pilot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed harmful to the platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within the State of Texas.
